£3.50 for orders under £40
All orders are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
Couriers we use for deliveries include Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.
Problems Regarding Delivery
If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, contact us .
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via the contact us page. Any items you would like to return must:
- be received by us within 30 days of days of purchase; and
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
Unless faulty, any items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for paying for any delivery costs associated with returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be made via the original payment method. It can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to you to receiving your refund. In the event of any problem, please contact us .
